Five Deluxe rooms for two nights

The Wedding Complete Package includes five Deluxe rooms for two nights on double occupancy, accommodating 10 room guests. This entitlement belongs to the complete package and does not automatically apply to every standalone wedding or reception offer.

Breakfast and wedding day arrangements

Breakfast is included in the Wedding Complete Package. The buffet is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with Indian, South Indian and continental options. Confirm the covered guests and mornings in your booking. A bridal makeup room and a complimentary wedding-day car with driver are included; access times and service scope must be agreed before booking. Makeup artist services are not stated as included.

Gold vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu selections are included in the Wedding Complete Package, not added as a separate per-person Gold-menu charge. The meal and ceremony schedule, specific dish selections and service scope must be agreed in your booking.

Practical Details for Your Event

Seating, floating capacity and minimum guests

The Silken Hall accommodates up to 300 seated guests and 500 floating guests. A minimum of 50 guests applies to weddings and social events. Confirm the table, stage and circulation arrangements for your event. The venue minimum is separate from the guest count included in an individual package.

Complimentary parking

Complimentary parking is available for up to 100 cars. Valet service is not available. Confirm arrival and shared parking arrangements when planning your event.

Access and facilities

Wheelchair access and a lift are available. Toilets are available in the guest rooms, banquet and reception areas. Share any specific access requirements before your visit.

Sound and simultaneous events

The hotel can host two simultaneous events. Sound is scheduled to finish by 10:30 PM, subject to any earlier limits required by applicable permissions. Confirm your hall, setup period and shared-space arrangements before booking.

Caterers and decorators

Outside catering requires hotel approval, with banquet and kitchen charges applying. Obtain the charges in writing before appointing a caterer. Outside decorators are not permitted.

Cakes and guest meals

Cakes for special occasions and online food deliveries are allowed for events. Children's meals can be arranged on request. Discuss dietary requirements and the meal arrangements with the events team.

Music and alcohol

Music and DJ services can be arranged. Alcohol consumption is subject to applicable law, licensing, government guidelines and the approved event arrangements. Alcohol is not automatically included in a food or venue package.

Finishing your event

A 30-minute overtime grace period is available. The grace period does not extend sound permissions. Any charges beyond the grace period must be agreed in writing before booking.
